Reason for 2stars from I got car back front crash cameras warning keeps coming on for a while then off. Was going down motorway around 70 and the retraction light flashing car feels like as if your swerving from 1 side to the next very dangerous as when I Google reason that car retraction kicks in means 1side of car is going fast than the other yes might sound strange but that is the reason for retraction kicking in. Good safety thing to have on car if there was a good reason for it happening. I never had a problem like that until wrights toke the car fixed it. I didn't have the choice of were the car was taking to get fixed or I personally would have taking it to my local dalys garage were I got car from.

Car in for repair to door following damage, excellent job on the repair and reception staff  super knowledgeable and friendly, car was returned in pristine condition and had a great clean inside and out. I had other repairs done in wrights over the years and cannot fault the standard .nI do however have an issue with the man who collected my car, he thought it was funny to insinuate that the door damage had been my own fault and that somehow I was telling fibs about how the wind had caught it and hit it off the window sill at my house ! Also observed the same man being quite short and rude to the receptionist whilst I was waiting to be seen when collecting my car. Only takes one bad egg to ruin a reputation in my opinion, I find this type of arrogance and ignorance totally unacceptable and it should be corrected!

I took my car there after someone bumped into me. Everybody l dealt with was very friendly and professional, especially the girls at reception. The communication was great and very clear, texts for updates and calls every step of the way. I didn't clean my car before dropping it off thinking it would get dirty while getting fixed, so imagine my surprise when l collected a super clean car inside&out yesterday! I wasn't at fault so l couldn't comment on the prices, but l was very happy with the service l received from those guys.

Good customer service. Was assigned by my insurer  to repair my car after a crash. They are professional and friendly . Courtesy car provided and turnaround timescales are pretty good. Not sure if price is competitive as not checked elsewhere. Was a lot of money so went on the insurance.

Paul, Bill, Mark and the ladies on reception were all very professional and importantly gave me confidence that the job would be 100% especially when you're nervous about getting your car back the way you want it to be; back to how it was. Very happy with how they dealt with me and how the car turned out. Good job. Thank you
