Complete nonsense and stressful idea, more to pull money from you. If you are not passing God's now, when will you get the next appointment. You have 21 days for retest, so if you are lucky, some mechanic gets you sorted. Otherwise, you again on seam start line. Should be seam like on main UK. They sorted the problems and gave you a certificate, not finger-pointing you and pushing to running around and paying extras. Basically, if you can't manage, you are constantly on pressure and stress, which doesn't help anyone.
Excellent service. Polite and well mannered. Special mention for Paul Weir who was most helpful with information and advice as I was unaware office was no longer operational
A very quick and efficient service. The only downside is that you have to wait the 15 minutes for your car, as it goes through MOT, outside. There is a roof covering to protect you from the rain but you are outside so bring a warm coat. Very, very cold here in autumn and winter.
A very friendly greeting with a smile on a cold winter early morning. The examiner drives the car into the centre and returns it some 15 minutes later. A bus style shelter is available to await its return. Glad it was dry and only had to wait 15 minutes.nnThe issue revolves around the booking of the test itself. This issue has been ongoing for years and suggests the management of the agency don't have the management skills required.
Excellent, car taken at appointment time. No complaints.
