In Charles Hurst Renault. The staff are all very approachable and easy to speak to. Appearance very presentable but not stuffy. The showroom is always clean and presentated with notice plaques beside each vehicle and books are also at hànd. I the waiting area is warm and comfortable and has a tea/coffee machine, there is also a water butt. There is a wheelchair friendly front door and plenty of room to manoeuvre, a car park which is very accessible, and parking for the disabled person who may need it. There is a rest room.

Stephen was a great salesman. Honest, not pushy and answered everything we needed to know. So much so, my husband bought me a new car! Oh, and the coffee flows freely. Everyone was welcoming and friendly.

Lilian got a new Renault KADJAR ON Tuesday.She cannot speak highly enough about Tim Burns who talked her through the whole procedure.She would like to give him a rating of 100%. And thanks again for his help and would use Charles Hurst in the future. Stuart.
