We used the rental department to let our flat for many years and received an excellent service so when we came to sell we used the sales department. Once again a really great service and they sold for us very quickly. They updated us regularly and monitored the sale all the way through to completion. Would highly recommend Wright &Co.

Used once and wouldn’t use again. Don’t return emails or calls! We can spend our money anywhere so definitely don’t need their help (or lack of it)! Wouldn’t recommend.

Fantastic service and great agents to deal with. Looked after us very well and would happily use again if needed!

Very disappointing experience. This agency will tolerate any amount of bad behaviour towards tenants regardless of how good a tenant you are. I had to involve the Local Authority Property Standards Officer to address serious health and safety issues. The landlord refused to acknowledge the issue and Wright's allowed the landlord to ignore the problem. Bearing in mind my rent included an extra £50 per month for management services. Landlord now trying to recoup repair expenses from my deposit. This Agency is what gives private renting a bad name.
