Went above and beyond for us. Kept us fully updated and involved throughout the whole process. I felt genuine compassion when we lost out on properties and support to help find new ones. I recommend this agency to my whole family as I really felt supported and guidance from the whole team
In the summer contacted them 3 times to view a house for sale down Greenways, didn’t ring back to any of the messages left messages left with a member of team but they inform you someone from sales will be in touch. The specific house went off Rightmove. Then got re-added in early autumn. Called twice and went to their office - all these times was the same response someone from sales will get back to you. When we went to their office and spoke to them, they said the same thing, no phone calls received to any of these responses. So all in all don’t expect them to respond to any queries. We were really keen on the house and could have offered asking price. When asked if we would consider using them as our estate agent - what do you think the answer was, no!!!
The whole process has been carefully explained to me, things have been smooth from putting my house on the market to purchasing. All the options were discussed and carefully thought about when putting my house up for sale.
Absolutely appallingly company. You get a free probate valuation for solicitors to do probate and then they non stop call you. 6 months on I am still being hounded by calls! Nothing like letting a family morn the loss of their father. Badgering to sell the family home is much more important to this company! AVOID for valuations.
Most impressed by the communications from CDC. They worked hard, kept me fully informed, always seemed upbeat but realistic. I love the doc signing system. I'll be back when the property needs letting in the future.
