Really fed up of this “estate agent” had them come round my house for a valutatiom a couple of weeks ago and disappointed is a understatement. Very unprofessional and didn’t give me any confidence that they could sell my house. It’s all very well them having a good social media platform, which granted, is a good idea. However, i felt very awkward when they were talking to me. It seems they are so ingrosed in their social media presence that they forget person to person communication is key and this lacked. During the valuation, most of the conversation was based on why they are so “special” instead of talking and highlighting the key features of my own property. The outcome is this, I don’t recommend this lot one bit.

Amazing service from start to finish and couldn’t have been more pleased. Can’t recommend this agent highly enough. Just absolutely brilliant in every way, and we felt from the very start that Adam Mackay was a person who we could trust and who genuinely wanted us to find the process of selling our house as hassle-free as possible. Every aspect of the sale was handled expertly and efficiently. Adam and his team kept in close contact with us throughout and always responded very quickly and helpfully to our queries. We were fortunate enough to have a quick offer on our house, but a number of difficulties arose from our solicitor (useless at times) and from an unbelievably awkward member of the chain. Adam managed everything brilliantly, and was constantly proactive in dealing with the process and with the rest of the chain. Frankly, some of the others were just bonkers, and he was wonderful at looking after our interests and banging a few heads together when it was needed. The best estate agent ever, and we doubt that any other agent would have handled it all so adroitly.

I recently had Mackay Property sell me house for me, I dealt with Paul who I found to be very professional, helpful and easy to deal wth, keeping me updated on a regular basis. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property.

Placed our house on the market with Mackay Property Agents. Their approach is friendly and very professional. By professional I mean (a few examples) we experienced great communication through the entire process from the first meeting, all viewings were handled by the agent and confirmed by email, follow up emails on all viewings, super quality property details, a say in photos to be used for advertising. All up, they provide a great service. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent.
