I had an emergency appointment today organised through 111.nThe receptionist at the dental centre was amazing, especially as i have medication that I needed advice about before arrival. Then we got lost so arrived a little late. She looked out for our car to let us know we were in the right place. The dentist and his assistant were also amazing too. I am a nervous patient at the best of times, unfortunately I also had a sinus infection and a respiratory infection so toothache was all I needed.nI was really impressed that the injections were less painful than normal, then the tooth just came out in less than 40 seconds.nIt was taken out at apx 11am and now 12 hrs later I still have no pain or bleeding.nI saw wish this was my dental practice.nThank you to all the staff who helped make my journey as smooth and painless as possible.
My son was looked after by the amazing Chelsea throughout his treatment .. I was terrified… she was absolutely amazing with him and he gave the two thumbs up , which is a good job cos he will now go back to finish his treatment!! Thankyou Chelsea and her colleagues..liane
Absolutely can't believe how lovely John and Angela were with me when they took a tricky tooth out. So reassuring and chatty. I've never felt the injections! And no pain whatsoever when the tooth came out. What a credit to their department and profession. Thank you both
I was referred by my Dentist to the centre for extraction of two broken teeth under local anesthesia and was very anxious leading up to the appointment. The Dentist and nurse were excellent, very re-assuring and told me what was happening throughout the procedure. The procedure itself was pain free and over quite quickly. Thankyou.
I had my wisdom tooth pulled today . Excellent service . Lovely cheerful staff , I’m a nervous patient. Mr Beaumont put me at ease immediately, and I didn’t feel a thing , I can’t thank you enough
