Wow Laundrette

Useful for it's locality and staff are friendly

Very nice experience today, when i had to do some washing of duvets. Paris was very very helpful her customer service was excellent - service with a smile. Provided the right change too , as I only had a large note. Recommended.....but I wonder why its called WOW....

Been using this laundry now for three months, and i've got to say that the staff there are friendly and helpfull everytime i go in, paris in particular is always very helpful plus always has a happy ,positive attatude .

used this laundrette to do a small wash the staff were really friendly when I went in i met Lisa and Chelsea who were training two new members of staff the shop was clean and tidy and they were helpful when i was stuck would recommend this laundrette to anyone

have used the laundrette a few times, Maxine and Teri are always very helpful and polite however cant be said for other members of staff due to previous experience with an older lady i found her rude and unhelpful. she has no customer service skills and should take a leaf out of her colleagues book and smile
