Wow! was recommended to me by a work colleague. I wanted to get my hair lightened and having never really been to a hairdressers I must have been one of the most nervous customer they had ever encountered. But Chloe soon put me at my ease and I am very happy with my new light brown colour; just the ind of result I wanted.

Love this place, they always create perfection no matter whether its hair, nails, lashes, tans... the result is perfect and I always come out feeling amazing. Keep up the fantastic work.

So I booked for my hair to be done tonight as I couldn't get in with my regular hair dresser. Late night - I asked for a senior hair dresser but didn't get that. I got a girl lovely but very nervous openly admitted she's never done a colour like mine. I have white / silver toner with bleached roots. I've some home feeling so upset I cried a lot while there. They turned my hair purple then yellow and I went in with white hair. It has way more bleach that it's every have in 10 Years. They still made me pay full price and I have to now get this corrected on Saturday. I'm gutted to say the least. I don't have a lot of money but save each month a little to get my hair dyed. They offered me a free blow dry I was there 4 hours it's awful. I will never ever go back there not even for a free blow dry. I genuinely have never been in a position to be being for something I dislike so much. It's dark it's patchy and not me at all. GUTTED. Please do not go there I wish I'd read the all the posts before booking. Just go somewhere else

Very busy saloon. Very modern. The girls here are very friendly and very efficient. Little bit pricey But have to say was more than pleased with my colour and cut

Terrible customer service. Left me for 40 minutes at the sink after drenching my back with water attempting to wash off the colour. Then sat waiting for it to be dried and cut for a further 15 minutes. Left hair dye all over my forehead. Girl who did my hair was ill so the conversation was none existent. For £70 odd quid and 3 hours for a root touch up you’d think they would make more of an effort
