Always great service and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Always had a cut and colour done by Claire who is fantastic! Very skilled and knowledgeable about hair. Never been disappointed, would highly recommend.

Awful experience. I went their today (my second time going) and got my hair cut. Me and my mother told her that I wanted my hair just above my jawline, I even pointed out where I wanted it. The lady proceeded to cut my hair to the middle of my ear and just diagonally towards the front. She left the back as long as my hair was before it was cut. After, she texted my mother saying that she saw I was upset and accused me of telling her that I wanted it near the top of my ear. As a thirteen year old, appearance is important to me and this haircut really knocked my confidence. I do not recommend at all and I will not be going back.
