When I called for a price, I said shampoo cut and blow dry. No one checked with me if it was for a restyle and wanting lots of hair being cut off. Maybe get whoever answers the phone to check with the customer and what they want. Not happy it's cost me more to have my daughters hair cut, because I was given a price on the phone,and it ended up costing me more of around £14. Won't be coming here again!!!Services: Blowdry
First time I've ever been here today, I was nervous as I've always had the same hairdresser for over 30 years & it felt like I'd been going there forever. Steph did my hair, she listened & looked at the pic of how I wanted it & I love it . Highly recommend
My first visit to Tangled today although I know Steph from being my stylist a few years ago. I am so happy with my cut and style.Really recommend this lovely friendly salon.

Definitely recommend. Fantastic hairdressers, customer service, clean environment and product knowledge. Learnt alot about my hair today and how to take care of it. Welcoming friendly staff. Good service, decor is nice and relaxing. Refreshments offered, supportive and good honest advice with regards to hair care. Staff are lovely Always chatty, great place.
