Wosscow Brown were not my solicitors but were a part of the chain of solicitors in my recent house purchase. I was in direct contact with the person using them and they were dire, communication was diabolical with both their own client who after 18 weeks resorted to calling and emailing multiple times a day, to not response and the other solicitors in the chain who experienced the same level of communication. Had it not been for other solicitors and their own client dragging them through, I’m not sure how our chain of house purchases would have ever reached competition

For me it was awful never recommended at all My personal contact was Jaime Brown.I pay the fee and everything. He has cancelled my appointment I should meet him in person and then after 1 month later he just email me saying I have urgent matter and short stuff there’s jobs need to cover so that they can not have my case end up refund my money back time waster

Shocking conveyancing solicitors, if your buyer or seller is using this company or its new owners PM Law walk away as they will cause you to miss deadlines and potentially other buyers in the chain dropping out as they needlessly drag out there so called service. Avoid Avoid Avoid

After having used Wosskow Brown when buying our current home it was a natural progression to go with them when buying the freehold. The whole process was trouble free and dealt with by them with their usual professionalism. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them .

I used wosskow and browns services earlier this year and I would highly recommend them. I worked with Lindsey and Jamie for the sale of my business. Very proficient in their field and remained professional throughout. There was always a team member who answered via email or phone even if they were busy with other clients. The quote was set out before the work started and the process was clear right to the end. When I went to sign the final paperwork, all the staff were again very professional and the office was welcoming and smart - obvious reflection on the work they offer. Very poor, made an appointment 2 weeks in advance turned up and was told that our appointment had been cancelled. Me and my wife had both taken half a day off work. Very unprofessional
