Hugely impressed by the service I received at Irwin Mitchell. Thyra Simpson managed my case from when it started in October to when I settled this week and she is simply incredible at what she does. From the beginning of my journey with Irwin Mitchel I had a great team of solicitors around me. IM helped set up our wills on behalf of Macmillan cancer support. They provided a quick and transparent service, our wills were completed in a matter of weeks. They also made us aware of other important services that we might need which was very helpful. I would definitely use them again.
I instructed Irwin Mitchell to assist with the conveyancing in relation to the purchase of my first home and Sarah Coyne was allocated to my purchase. I had heard from several friends and family members that no one has a smooth conveyancing experience but I have to say my experience was totally different. Sarah was excellent at every step. She kept me updated regularly and at key stages, usually responded to all emails within 24 hours and advised me in a manner which was understandable. I was purchasing a leasehold which has additional complexities and the lease team in Chichester helped with this part of the deal. Whilst I would have preferred to have dealt with just one person, I could understand why it needed to be referred to a specialist team. I would recommend Irwin Mitchell and particularly Sarah Coyne to anyone looking for conveyancing services.
