I visited this place because my friend said how bad it is and I wanted to see for myself! To say the least it’s disgusting and cruel, all of the tanks are filthy and the fish are very badly kept. The workers are sat at the front doing nothing so they clearly don’t care for the livestock : I thought the unkept tanks were bad in the freshwater section until I saw the koi in the back kept in tanks?! Their spines were bent and some had severe swim bladder issues causing them to not be able to swim!  I feel a place like this shouldn’t be allowed to keep fish and sell them as they clearly don’t care for the well-being of them.  SORR IT OUT

I can only rate this place because of the Christmas trees. The best in a 5 miles radius. Great prices and good choice. Last throughout the season.

Appreciate the GREAT Customer Service. All water life items there to buy and they are very good price compare with other aquatic centre. Very clean premise . Lots of choice  and they are beautifully arranged. Great store

Lots of parking, large shop with plenty of choice if you are looking to make an aquatic garden, they also have a great choice if you are looking to purchase an indoor aquarium, they also have a good range in fishing tackle and friendly helpful staff if you need some help or advice

Insightful staff gave advice over the phone and in store to help choose the right product to help treat my ill fish.

Great place for fish lovers .. lots of out door ponds and fountains, pond plants , pond accessories.. fishing items . Tropical fish aquariums… even some reptails

I have to say this place is great! Always helpful. I started off tropical and now going into marine. If it wasn’t for caspian the gentleman with tash and long hair I don’t think I would of had the confidence to get where I am today! This man is so full of knowledge of tropical and marine. Every time I go in there he is always helpful and offers guidance. He is always in high demand with customers on busy days but worth the wait. But also Logan is always full of advice as well! Both are very knowledgeable so would like to take the time to say thank you to both of these gentleman. Hope your manager realises what a good team he’s got! Thanx guys Jason

I live about 40 mins from here so can’t come in every few days to buy food for my beardy. Instead I buy enough live food for around 2 weeks which is stored in a separate tank. Every time I’ve come here to buy food the staff have been so lovely but this time round I was served by a very rude and judgemental female. I am a first time bearded dragon mum but I get so much advice and help from others who own beardies and mine is very happy and healthy so I didn’t appreciate this females dirty looks or judgmental comments.
