Bought two bonded male rabbits. The staff were amazing from their knowledge, to making sure your equipped, with everything needed. I have called a couple of times, everytime met with kindness and understanding. Even the vets, inside the store are amazing recommend highly.
Constantly here for toys and food for my little lan sharks and bearded dragon. The parking is a bit of a nightmare and theres usually quite a long qué but the staff are amazing and you can tell they have a real passion for animals
I had my bunny neutered on Friday 23/11. I met before and on day with Izzy who is taking care of my bunny. She is very good, patient and care about my bunny a lot. My bunny is not the friendly one and doesn’t like to pick up at all. The next day on Saturday I received the call from her asking questions concerning how is my bunny doing… Highly recommend it. The whole shop and nearly every one is well organised. I just had one off situation where I asked team member for help, I always buy food from them , that day wasn’t there, I asked if maybe they have some in the back , straight a way his answer was No , I can buy different one perhaps? Well my dog got IBS … when I was about to leave I saw it big stack of Cesar sitting on different aisle !!! Honestly the member could do little bit of effort to look around …. Big 4 stars
Best pet shop ever found ..... I got today tropical fish variety. Staff is well explained about fish and maintenance tank . Very helpful. Reasonable price...highly recommended pet shop
Great place to get supplies for your pet. Our puppy loves to visit here, glad she is allowed in. Staff are helpful and when we needed advice they were glad to help. There is a grooming salon on site and a vet. Very useful to be all in one place. Free parking also.
Great selection. Nice deals and vouchers for being a member of the VIP club are helpful. But the staff is not very quick. Huge queue to pay. Only one till manned. Other staff moaning about being asked to 'work'

Brilliant place for doggies to meet each other! Strauss loves the girls in the Groom Room! Staff always make a fuss of Strauss we we go there.
