My current job coach is completely xenophobic, because she simply dismissed my CV by saying "it's European", when she could have constructively said "it's not necessarily customary for a CV to have a photo on it, as it might make a bigger impression before being invited to an interview". In my opinion, her judgement is completely clouded by silly pride. My introductory interviewer was much better, because she was much more humane, happier and friendlier.
