This place should be helping people out, instead you have arrogant people working there who are not willing to help you, and making problems with everything. If you will tell the truth you will be punished or the answer is no, arrogant, luck of understanding for variable reasons, selfish. Avoid this place at any time.
What an absolute waste of time, refused emergency housing to someone that's homeless and got cancer, said that they were gonna ring back but never did. Everyone that answers the phone are very disrespectful and mouthy; especially the man!!!!
I went here with my sister in law. I was looking into helping her and her partner into getting a home. They was very helpful and understood everything that we was saying. Me and my partner got a house here after just 2 months of speaking with these people and found them to be very helpful with all of our issues. The only reason this is a four star post is that they do have a waiting list that MAY be up to a two year waiting list however they helped us me and my partner have a son.
Wast of time. I've been in the list 2 years now have a baby. In a damp drafty privet rent and the arnt helping one bit. Been over and rang countless times. Their just sitting on their bum fiddling with their thumbs.
Some of the staff is friendly and happy to help. Especially Lewis. It's always a hit or miss with housing services depending on what circumstances you are there for. Xx

I've not used this facility yet but I am pretty sure that anything to do with housing advice is given professionally.
