Absolutely fabulous service. Dr Sultan had spoken to me on a few occasions and gave me some advice regarding my sore gum/tooth. 100% worked!! Also, was able to see Dr Hungent about this matter within 24 hours of me ringing. Despite the covid 19, I felt extremely safe and confident and always feel I'm in good hands. The receptionists are always friendly and accommodating. Thank you for all being wonderful

I've been a patient of this practice for over 7 years but the past year or so it has gone down hill. I wanted a check up appointment and specifically asked for a clean and to check a tooth that was aching.. However on my visit, the male dentist was more concerned with the opposite area inside my mouth, where 1 year previous I'd had a wisdom tooth removed due to an abscess. He said that I needed Root canal, as the abcess infection had spread, although I was displaying no Symptoms what so ever. He didn't even look at the tooth I went in there for, and I didn't get the clean that I asked for. He said it would get done on my next visit. Prior to my next visit, a month later, I had a phone call on the day of my appointment to ask me why i'd booked with another dentist. I replied because you gave me that appointment and informed me that it was okay to see another dentist. She wanted to cancel the appointment but I wouldnt let her. Whilst waiting for my appointment in the waiting area, I overheard the receptionist and a dental nurse talking about the dentist I was about to see. They were saying that she doesn't treat some of the patients. when I saw this lady dentist, she was reluctant to carry out the work because she said she "didn't know the history".. surely thats what medical notes and x rays are for?? I really did feel that she just did not want to do the work maybe it had something to do with pay because she did not recommend the work in the first place, this is just a guess but not too sure why, she really did not want to do it.. anyway she drilled into the tooth and said there was nothing wrong, then refilled the tooth.. Im having cosmetic work done on my teeth with a different private practice and I asked him to look at the x rays taken, which he did, and he says that the root canal needs doing.. so I've still not had the work done, and still not had the clean that I originally wanted. I will therefore be changing dentist now. Not happy at all with the service here..
I have had nothing but good experiences at this practice. I find the staff and Dentists very helpful and I have been pleased by both the service and treatment that I have received.
Excellent service and properly fitting false teeth.
