just like every other recent review here i’m giving one star because i’ve had exactly the same experience with everyone else. Awful communication between receptionists and dentists. Been cancelled on twice in a row for “training” however they let me know on the same effing day. Supposed to be an emergency appointment as i’ve been in excruciating pain with my tooth however it’s clearly not an emergency to them as they cancelled multiple times now. Pure laziness clearly and lack of communication absolutely appalling
NEVER answer the phone. Have called several times in opening hours on several different days and the phones are obviously not manned or being ignored! Sending regular reminder messages to book an appointment but this seems practically impossible!
Absolutely shocking practice. Dentists keep leaving making it very difficult to get a appointment. Appointments are cancelled at short notice or no notice at all. Poor communication between reception staff and clinician.
100% recommend. I’m suprised with other reviews. I never had a problem to book an appointment, really helpfull staff, I cant complain!
In no way would I recommend this dental practice. Only occasionally have I had the same dentist twice. During the time between appointments you can guarantee the dentist has moved on to be replaced with a different one. I have recently had considerable dental work done and due to serious incorrect advice given to me by the dentist of the moment it resulted in costing me several hundreds of pounds which had she been better informed could have been avoided. I too have on occasions found the staff abrasive and very unhelpful failing to fulfil their job properly and as a consequence letting you down. It is also virtually impossible to get through on the phone it is much quicker to go and speak to someone in person. I know NH S dentist are in short supply but please reconsider before registering with this practice
