Lovely place, friendly staff and some great initial advice by Roy. I've been stuck visiting an old family dentist on a dental plan for the last 15years. I felt I was being ill advised and poorly cared for on numerous things. A visit to Roy has brought my confidence back in the dental industry. Competitively priced and I will now be using long term for myself and family.

I had the best invasaline experience with Kirsten from Roy Morris Dental practice. My teeth were a bit of a mess and now I can smile with pride. Also amazing for teeth whitening, everybody tells me how great they look. The team are fab, friendly and happy to help. I'm not always punctual yet Kirsten is always understanding and calming. My two children also use the practice and they love going there, no screaming at all. Moira, Kirsten's dental nurse, is always happy and understanding and ready to listen to my moans about my teeth. Great job guys, you've got a life long customer in me 👍🏻👍🏻

I was a patient here for a number of years. Right up to the moment one of their dentists pulled a tooth, refused to listen to me when I complained and cried, despite additional anaesthetic. I was told I was an impossible patient. The procedure was stopped and I was referred to a Hospital consultant, who greeted me with, 'so, you're the lady with the fractured jaw and the torn palate!'  My jaw had been fractured as a result of the dentist continuing to pull a tooth that had fused to my jawbone. While I accept that a fused tooth can be difficult to spot on an X-ray, I will never forgive the Practice for their attitude, during and after the procedure. Did you know you have to prove malpractice if you use a private dentist? I didn't. There is no redress in this situation. I asked for a copy of their complaints procedure, at the time, they didn't have one.I had to have weeks off work, and my jaw never healed properly.

My wife and I have used Roy Morris dental practice for many years , 

and have found (Kirsten)and (Moira) to be the best team to have looked after us throughout our lives.

After serving in the Forces and being treated by Forces doctors and dentists you really appreciate a good and professional practice.

Everyone has always been extremely helpful and nothing seems to much trouble.

We would highly recommend this practice.
