Woolton Dental Practice

After having a bad experience with a different detail practice quite a few years back I've always been a bit nervous of dental treatment however today I had an appointment with Rab and his assistant Georgia and they were OUTSTANDING. This was my first appointment with Rab and I'm over the moon he is my new dentist, he took the time out to explain everything to me and showed me my x-rays which put me at ease. An absolute credit to the surgery

Not had a great experience with reception staff in the past, never seem to display good customer service. However, today I called and spoke to Hannah and she went out of her way to help 10/10 ! Going that extra mile makes all the difference !

Very impressed by the treatment I received from omar butt. The best filling I have had on this tooth in years. He fitted me in although I was late for my appointment. Thank you so much

Having a terrible fear of the dentist, I was dreading 3.30pm today when I knew I was going to have root canal surgery. I received a professional and friendly phone call yesterday from Kate, who ensured that all precautions to keep the practice and its patients Covid secure were being met. Today, everyone was warm and friendly, I wasn’t rushed and I was put at ease. Omar and the girl working with him I didn’t catch her name kept up a friendly chat that distracted me and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. Omar is knowledgeable and I trusted his dental expertise which allowed me to relax as much as possible for me It didn’t hurt at all and my lifelong fear of the dentist may well be over!

I was booked in for some routine work and from the moment I walked in the team put me at ease straight away. I've had a lot of poor experiences previously leaving me reluctant to seek help, but the manner and care Dr Chaudhry showed during my appointment made me feel safe and able to relax during the treatment.

I have been coming to this particular dentist for years-back when Mr. Stone was practising. Last week I had my final appointment for my new crown and I couldn't be more delighted. Rab and Omar have been so kind and considerate, as I am a seriously nervous patient and I am so grateful. All other staff are lovely too. Thank you Woolton Dental!

Just had bridge work done by my brilliant dentist Dr c chatterjee an his assistant am delighted I now have my smile again .. would definitely recommend this practice first class dentist and staff

Extremely friendly and efficient team. Dr Omar Butt went above and beyond to ensure I receive a professional treatment starting from the very first appointment. He's such a lovely man and real professional. I owe him the world as he saved my front tooth!! Thank you so much!!

Been going to this dentist for 7 years, dentists have changed but I have never been disappointed by new dentists, I am currently under Dr Chaudry and cannot fault him as he is very understanding and he has been lovely each time I have been, all the dental assistants have been very friendly and pleasant, reception staff also. Recently moved back to Liverpool and had to change dentist. My appointment with Dr. Chaudhry went great. Really accommodating and took time to connect on a personal level which made the whole process a lot less stressful.
