I am so unbelievably grateful to Dr Natalie Ball and her lovely team. After being spiked and falling flat on my face I lost half of my front tooth - I always felt rest assured that Nat would work her wonders but I am blown away but the result.  Nat is a miracle worker and her attention to detail is impeccable - I am very lucky and blessed that there is someone this talented on the market. There is no other dentist I would go too.

Visited the brace place today to have my braces fitted after a bad experience elsewhere which made me really nervous to trust someone again, Dr Fadil and nurse Nikola have been amazing over the last couple visits. They reassured me and made me feel comfortable to go ahead with my treatment. Would highly recommend their great teamwork

Dr Natalie Ball is fantastic. She is so professional, knowledgable, kind and generous. I’ve had a bad time at another dentist recently so I was nervous but I couldn't have been in safer hands, she has a lovely caring nature and makes you feel so comfortable. Her dental nurse Kourtney is really lovely too, they make a great team. I would recommend them both to anyone, in a heartbeat.

Recently went for my braces fitted. Was understandably a little nervous. Both Nikola and Fadil were amazing. Talking me through the entire process. Reassuring me when it was needed. They're amazing people and very professional in what they do. It's nice to just a get a little message from the team to check in and see how you're doing and feeling. Kirstie has been there right at the end of the phone when I've needed her and had any questions. Also like to mention Natalie and Chloe who I've been dealing with over fillings and cleanings. They are the best! Such nice people and treatment was actually pleasant! Highly recommended this place. They've removed my irrational fear of the dentist! Well done team!

My experience with The Brace Place was great, Dr Natalie, Chloè and all the dental nurses have been brilliant with me. There knowledge and expertises put me at ease and made me feel confident with my smile. From having teeth that needed removing, braces and also composite bonding the all round treatment and service I received was excellent. I would highly recommend The Brace Place to anyone looking to get amazing results and to feel confident about smiling. I can’t fault them at all.

I had and are continuing to have the best experience here. They made me feel so comfortable with my worst insecurity, especially my Orthodontist Jasmine. She always makes me feel comfortable with my teeth and reassures me that we’re one step closer to getting to where I want to be. Having had a bad experience before elsewhere, I would recommend Jasmine & the brace place to anyone & everyone!

Outstanding service! Can't believe how quick and easy the whole process was and I was made to feel welcome and valued along the way. I'm so glad I went ahead with my new smile, best decision I've ever made. Don't be put off by the odd few here having a moan it's so so worth it :D

My daughter came for braces her teeth were very bad and the transformation is amazing. The staff are brilliant and everything was always explained in detail. Will be bringing my other children for there braces too

Really disappointed in the Liverpool brace place. I was really looking forward to starting my treatment. I had a appointment booked and paid £50. Then got a phone call to say that they need to changed my appointment because a error on there side was informed that the dentist is closed that day even though they confirmed the appointment and took my money. I had a texted reminder to confirm my appointment with Liverpool brace place. Which I fully intended to attend. But I wasn't aware that this was for two separate appointments both of which where on different days. And the only text reminder I received was for few days after the first appointment. Was told on the phone that I will have to restart my booking including payment all because of the Liverpool brace place changed my appointment and didn't inform correctly about both appointments.  They didn't offer to reschedule seeing as this wasn't entirely my fault and an more then willing to start my treatment. All in all was left disappointed There are many places I can receive excellent treatment in Liverpool. Shame the Liverpool brace place will not be one of them.

Both Dr Fadil and Nurse Nikola have been very welcoming and polite from the beginning making my journey at The Brace Place very exciting I can’t thank them both enough. Highly recommend.
