Called in today as I needed some support for my eldest daughter, who has been unwell with a very sore throat. The lady who helped me booked an appointment for my daughter to see the pharmacist and kindly allowed me 20 minutes to walk home with my youngest to collect my eldest.nnBefore going back home, my youngest bought a couple of sweeties and the lady generously gave her an extra two. My youngest was made up, despite the fact we’d be walking home in treacherous snow to get my eldest.nnUpon returning, my eldest saw the pharmacist. He was a very pleasant gentleman who really listened to my daughter’s symptoms and my concerns, especially with the weekend almost upon us. He prescribed the required medication so I could start helping my daughter to get better.nnBack to the lady who served us—she checked that we had everything we needed and wished us all well, especially my eldest, who has been feeling quite unwell.nnThank you to everyone who helped today. I was amazed that you were open and functioning so well considering the heavy snow we’ve had. A huge thank you to the lady who served us—you really are a credit to the pharmacy. And thank you to the pharmacist for listening and providing the much-needed support my daughter needed.nnVery, very pleased and can’t say thank you enough. 100% recommend

I was so impressed with the help and advice I received from Woodside pharmacy.nA few weeks ago I suddenly became very ill  with fever and spreading rash.nI could not access a GP appointment despite trying and trying.nAs a last resort I  went to the pharmacy and asked if I could see the the pharmacist.nI did not have an appointment but he saw me straight away.nRebekah was very helpful, as are all the staff there.nThe pharmacist was so professional and took time to talk to me about my illness.nHe took my temperature, BP etc and he messaged my GP and I finally got an appointment.nI ended up in hospital for a week with a serious bacterial infection and early stages of sepsis.nI am better now, but it was a struggle to get help and it was the pharmacist and the staff at Woodside pharmacy that helped me to get the treatment I needed.nIt would have become much worse if I didn't go to the pharmacy.nThankyou to you all,nI really appreciate you.nnEthna Hodgson.

Absolutely amazing service from there pharmacist.nAfter taking my kids to Dr's and being told they don't need anti biotic took them to woodside pharmacy and I thinknthe man's name was cab he was amazing listened to my kids actually spoke to them and even had a laugh and joke with them made them feel like they could be heard. But we walked put with antibiotics and my kids was starting to feel better within 24hours.nI really don't know what we would do without the pharmacy.

I went to woodside pharmacy for my flu jab yesterday what a absolute lovely bunch of staff. My bp was high so they fitted me a monitor for 24 hours.  I wish i was nearer to pick my prescriptions up cause of the friendly staff. Amazing

I went to this Chemist trice this week and will continue to go there rather than the one I have always used  not too far away  they were so helpful and jolly , the staff seem to know most of the customers and it really does feel like a little community. The lovely Pharmacist even called me later in day because there was a mix up with a 111 referral earlier. Thank you all
