What service rang up about my partner's prescription, answered quickly then just said I will look. To them be left on hold for 8 and a half minutes before being hung up on with another word . Must still be checking somewhere far away. Useless service.
For a pharmacy so overly staffed, the wait times are silly and I see why. Most the staff were just giggling among themselves or playing with children. I was waiting in the waiting room for almost an hour for a singular prescription, and for a fairly empty pharmacy that day no one even thought to call out my name or tell me it was ready. They just put it on the shelf and started messing around with each other, only giving it when I got up and asked where is it. Probably would've been there all day if i didn't ask. This was my 3rd time having to wait an hour for my prescription only visited 3 times. Won't be a fourth.
Went late in evening as the guys were helpful but not particularly attentive. They were busy doing up deliveries so I wouldn’t go after 7pm unless urgent.
Always open, 7 days a week till 9pm.nWHAT is there to complain about.nStaff are friendly and helpful advice and follow up calls when a customer is on a new prescription, genuine concerns.
The staff are rude leave you standing there for ages don’t even speak to you the main pharmacist is just as rude , they are all bits of kids working in there and speak to fully grown adults like rubbish I have nothing nice or good to say
