After receiving tins with a new label for my baby's Nutramigen formula, I was thinking Mead & Johnson just changed the label. Three weeks later on the formula from these tins my baby with CMA developed rash, spots, spits and is back to consistent colic-style cry at age of 5 months. When I washed off the top label I've noticed the tin was packed for Eastern European market as the original label was not in English. I went to the pharmacy to raise my concern and speak about my baby's condition but encountered a very impolite response from a tall brunette colleague. I sent my inquiry to the Trading standards now, and buy Nutramigen from a private online chemist. This wasn't a problem to switch back to private as I have already purchased 40 tins before I even got prescription note from NHS GP but I don't like the idea of paying £500+ taxes each month before my maternity leave, and be faced by ruddiness and weird questions when I clearly explained the issue and how it did affect my baby. Little is back to the Nutramigen in original packs and sleeps well again. Going on maternity leave made me and many other mothers vulnerable to offensive comments and strange questions.

Nothing is ever ready when you have sent it through electroncly and taken the trouble to phone up and make sure they have what you have ordered
