First day arriving for family of 4 on Friday 31st .nMy Little boy of 7 had accident on slide and hurt his lip . Informed staff and was dealt with a very kind and caring staff member called Laura from boat house . Very professional and went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable. Thank you Laura, you were amazing.nnExcellent, beautiful surroundings, lots to do, lodges are clean have everything you need.
A great stay, exactly what our family needed for a home away from home
6 off us had a woodland lodge for 4 nights. Clean, had everything we needed. Not too far to walk to the centre village. I didn't eat out, but some of my party eat out and all said a little expensive, but it's what you expect from being a captive arduous.
Excellent, beautiful surroundings, lots to do, lodges are clean have everything you need.
