Should just sell up. They do not represent this friendly area. So miserable, rude and ill-mannered. The lady and man need to give up their day job, do us all a favour and just leave it to the professionals.
I used this post office for the first time today and received the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I had a large number of parcels to post which were refused by several other post offices. The lady and young gentleman were extremely helpful and friendly - I couldn’t have asked for a better or more accommodating service.
I have always found all the staff really friendly and very helpful . Try making conversation and I’m sure you’ll find a great response! An important small business and facility to support - lots of Post Offices closed down, let’s not lose this one!
The gent is lovely and smiley, the lady very grumpy. I think she had been quite ill a while back but still always seems grumpy and I've been a resident in area for 18 years. I avoid going but want to support local post office
The gentleman at the store is lovely and polite besides chucking your parcel. However the lady who works and runs this place is very rude, has tried to charge fees for use of cards and set limits on contact less payments which is illegal.
A gem of a post office. Not the most local to me but I go out of the way to use this one as the couple who run it are SO lovely and helpful. I do all my personal and business posting from here and cannot recommend it highly enough. 5 stars.
This is the closest post office to where I work & live, but from now on I vow never to go in again, even if it means travelling further, because I leave there so wound up. The woman who owns the shop is the rudest & most miserable shop owner I've met. Loudly huffs when she sees you walk in, snatches parcels from you and gives filthy looks EVERY SINGLE TIME!
