Good service, there is often a queue but it does move quickly. I prefer Royal Mail to most carriers as i know if i'm not in it will be at the local office and i can easily collect it.

Constantly returning my packages to sender even after promises that it won't happen again. Don't answer their phone. I'm out over £70 due to driver laziness.Too lazy to knock on the door.

Had a text to say my package was at Redhill delivery office and that they'd try to deliver it "today". That was 2 days ago. My blind daughter is lost without her talking watch that has been away for repair so there was great excitement in this house when she heard it was coming. But no sign of it still, and website useless and only has 0345 number which I can't call on my phone so got a proper geographical number through Google. But as others have said; they don't answer. So frustrating.

The older gentleman is extremely rude and unpleasant which has made visiting the Royal Mail office regretful. The other annoyance is the office is rather small so when it's busy, people have to queue outside.. Even when it rains. The three stars are given because the rest of the staff are wonderful and polite.

After sending packages for 6 years from here with no problem, the last 2 weeks have been a nightmare. Somebody here is stealing packages! 8 customers so far have not received the shirts I have been sending. Every day more!
