Very rude staff. I went into the store and specifically asked for a calling-card to make international calls. The staff sold me a mobile voucher (pay as you go voucher). Before I left the shop I told him that what he had sold to me wasn't a calling card, he said it was their version. When I was ready to make a call abroad to my mum, none of the numbers of the voucher worked. I went back into Martins to get my money back. The same staff that had sold me the voucher was very rude and refuse to refund my money. He didn't even have the common decency to apologise instead he implied that it was my fault. With other staff members present he lied that I had asked for a mobile voucher when I had specifically asked for a calling card and even discribed the purpose and appearance. I will never shop at Martins again.
