Fantastic service. Use them to get to work and back through the week and never had a bad experience. Always turn up in good time and all drivers extremely helpful. Reasonably priced and nothing is ever too much. Best company in Dumfries by a country mile!
Honestly best taxi service I’ve ever used - lovely drivers, clean cars, great service and reasonably pricing. When phoning they are always polite and do try and slot you in when busy. I normally phone in advanced by a few hours if I know I’m gonna need a cab. Really refreshing as sometimes operators for other services can be quite hostile. They also take card payments which is super helpful!
Friendly drivers, always on time and very helpful to slightly lost English tourists! Easy to book a taxi even at fairly short notice. Definitely recommended.
Barging your way onto a roundabout and making oncoming traffic take evasive action is very unsafe, but then sticking two fingers up at the person you forced to do an emergency stop out the window makes you something else. I hope your passengers were not disturbed by the experience.
Took 4 adults, one disabled, one 15 week baby. 3 dogs. One a nutter from near Stranraer to East Yorkshire coast. Many thanks to Ian and Bill for a pleasurable journey
Taxi driver was new to the job but that didn't matter as he was great. Nice, talkative guy who made sure we got to our destination even after there were roadworks and diversions.
Booked for 2pm pick up 40min previously. 2.10 pm told car would be there. 2.20pm gets a call to say the car had a puncture and would not make it. Don't believe it. Probably got a better fare. Left a 95 year old lady waiting for over an hour. Avoid.
Called at 8.50pm to order for 9.30… told I could have a taxi in around 10 mins… after 10 mins I ph ones to be told my taci was still ordered… after another 10 mins waiting I phone to be dinged 3 times… shocking service … no excuse.. just don’t promise if you can’t deliver.. be honest
John B is the best taxi driver ever, he’s so lovely not even being funny
