Excellent service. Picked up late at night from train station, received text with drivers reg etc before pick up. Clean car and super friendly driver. Very reasonable rate for a 20 mile journey. Would definitely use again.
Excellent and friendly phone service, we booked cab to meet a long-distance train journey that started in London and take us to Kirkcudbright. Elite texted name of driver and description of car just as we arrived and it was waiting outside. Friendly and careful driver, took as right to the door in good time for the quoted fare. I would be very happy to use them again.
Spent 4 nights stay at Nunland holidays and used this taxi service on 2 occasions. Very prompt and cheap price in to Dumfries centre and back. We will defentily use them again on our next visit. 5 stars
Once again Elite taxi's to the rescue, Found myself in a bit of a quandary tried to get a courier or someone with a big taxi / minibus to help me move something. Everyone I phoned said they can't or wouldn't do it. Phoned elite with the request, the boss phoned me back within ten minutes with a solution to my problem taxi was with me ten minutes later. Driver even offered to help me build the item. Fantastic service Many thanks Keith Graham
Genuinely incredible company with people who go above and beyond to help. I can not recommend them highly enough and will never forget their kindness getting me to a wedding straight from the hospital & other things they did for me. They arrived on time and are great people.
Fantastic firm to use who always are on time and provide a very competitive, friendly service. What is genuielly different to the other big operators in the area such as McLeans is that when you speak to Elite and ask for a set time and booking if the can't make it they tell you the truth , they don't just take the booking and say the usual '5 minutes' nonsense then make me wait an hour, correctly they tell you. I must say both Kennedy on the reception/call desk and Nieem the main driver who I've got to know in person taking me home reguarly are superb . Please support and use this local firm. What a difference they have made private hire in the area. Thank you guys keep up the amazing work and exceptional standards !
