I have been in the shop many times and every time i have been in the staff have been very helpful and attentive to my needs. Purchased a suite from them and it was delivered with care and attention. As i am on my own the delivery men were exceptional to help me sort out my room. Highly recommend this shop for all your interiors.
I was very disappointed with the customer service I was given on a recent purchase. I bought a suite of furniture and, when it came into the store, I asked if they could keep it for 2 extra days as our front reception floors where been refinished and needed 48hrs for the floor lacker to harden to allow the weight of the new suite to sit with out damage. I was told, no they couldn't keep it any longer and wanted it out of their store. The delivery drivers arrived to deliver my new suite whilst my husband and I were out. When we came back, the delivery driver was unloading it into my underground garage. It was not assembled and carelessly left.i will going else where for our furniture in the future I felt that the level of customer service overall was very unsatisfactory.
I recommend that people do not consider purchasing wallpaper from this shop. I purchased 3 rolls of expensive walllaper assuming that like all other retailers if I had any unused rolls they could be returned. Having one surplus unused roll when I went to return it I was met with an flippant and abrupt 'and what are going to do with it'. It's company policy' was the grossly unhelpful response. When asked why I was not told at the point of purchase I was told 'there is no need'. Unlike most retailers they do not have notice if their policy in public view. After 15 mins their approach was deplorable from a customer service perspective with no movement whatsoever. Their web-site says you will receive excellent customer service - you mostly definitely do not. Not a pleasant experience at all.
The owners were very helpful, it has a lovely family feel to it. Their new shop is opening soon, looking forward to seeing all their beautiful new items in stock!
Couldnt be more helpful Nothing too much trouble The owner even delivered my sale chairs in his own car free of charge when they wouldnt fit into mine.Fabulous furniture that makes you want to change yours and start again
