Good for a quick shop. Quite small in the mens range compared to other Debenhams stores
Got there early ish to enjoy the experience of shopping whilst not too many shoppers, but felt as if I was interrupting the shop assistants as many were chatting to each other. Last year I bought loads, this year I put things back because I couldn't wait to leave. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the assistants were pleasant when they did help, but that did not take away from the feeling that I was putting them out!
Don't usually shop in this store. But I went in for a look. The shop had a really good range of clothes for both adults and children. There was a good range of makeup as well on offer. It definitely would be worth a look around. It's not as big as the one in Castle Court. But still has lots of things to catch your eye when out shopping.
Good department store with wide range of men, woman and childrens clothes, bags, costmetics etc. Situated inside Fairhill shopping centre. Good customer service. Good displays easy to move around.
Good range of products. The sop is well laid out was able to get around without to many problems with a large double buggy staff pleasant and helpful. Will be back again
I hit 5stars but only for the place and products there, not for the ladies in the stuff team.. The followed me so suspiciously when o shopped there few months ago, and I'm not a shop lifter, I work I retail as well and I know these sort of things
Friendly and helpful staff. Space to walk around between sections. Great selection and good sales.
Maybe it's time to support the high street. This is a good place to start, have a look you will be surprised at the goods on offer and the very reasonable prices. Well worth a visit.

Ballymena store small annoying for men We have to go through ladies department. Then coming down 1 way annoying .Staff Very helpful will always try to assist you
