This December I took my cat to this place and throughout the whole time of being there I could not complain about a single thing. It is heartbreaking having to let a pet go, especially one that you grew up with but they couldn’t have been more understanding if they had tried. It was one of the worst days of my life but they were patient and gave me as much time as I needed with my cat, I would happily take any other pet to this vets as I believe that they only aim for the best and despite all of upset they couldn’t have given better service. I am so happy that I chose this vets for my pets last hours alive as I know they took great care of her. Live forever Smog 💜

I would like to thank all the staff and especially the vet who dealt with my case. The kindness shown by everybody at this practice helped us stay strong through this difficult time. They clearly explained everything to us and what our options were even though they were limited. They let me and my wife stay with him all the way through the procedure until he had fell asleep & passed over. I would recommend this veterinary practice to my friends or family. I have been using this vets for 12 years and was happy. But this year my dog was found to have cancer and I have never experienced such terrible and heartless customer service. When I complained they just told me to accept it or go elsewhere. Very unprofessional can not recommend.

Our cat, Teddy, was diagnosed with Lymphoma in March 2017. We attended Woodcroft frequently and were impressed with the care and choices we were given. We knew from the outset that the cancer was terminal but the palliative care Teddy received meant that he was well for a further 3 months. We trusted Charlie, Teddy's vet, to advise us about treatment and were right to do so. Teddy was put to sleep at Woodcroft on Thursday.

Very expensive, condescending attitude, and final straw is asked for sedative for dog terrified of fireworks to get home and realise gave me useless hippy herbal tablets, no effect on distraught dog all weekend. Found better less expensive vets in Gatley.
