Seems to have gone downhill over the last few years. Really disappointed that we can't get an appointment between 12 and 2.30 as everyone has their lunch break at the same time. Requested to not have live kennel cough but arrived today and they only have live. They know this doesn't work on my dog as they try every year and even the vets aren't able to administer. Don't ever seem to get the same vet nowadays so never any continuity. Very pricey and very quick to suggest medication. Update following response - this was discussed in clinic, it was also highlighted when I called. The generic response I think proves my point. If we weren't to post the complaint publicly potential clients wouldn't know that these are issues. Service has been awful since it became corporate and David retired.
Vet Louise very professional & knowledgeable. Advice on causes & treatment of our dogs allergy was excellent, she is so caring of the animals in her charge, and listens to what we had to say. Receptionist/nurse very helpful on entry and when leaving - even had our Pet Insurance on our account ! Definately would recommend
very slow to send insurance form off, yet they will not let you leave till you have paid them, i said to them i would come back the next day and pay the bill, i was told no i had to pay it before i left. Stress Full. I have used this vet practice for a lot of years even when David Hunts family owned it.
My poor cat had a really tricky paw injury. Hunts vets Poynton were really kind and did a great job despite a setback of Pickles own making. The staff were really lovely to my Mrs. who was upset. A member of staff even bought her flowers! . Thank-you
Amazing vets they have the kindest approach to our boy Benji they got to the route of the problem. Within less than a week Benji has now had his procedure and home revovering. I cant thank Hunts vets enough. I highly reccomend for your pets.
Pleasant, friendly atmosphere. Always feel they do their best for your pet.
Have been using this practice for nearly, 50 years with a series of cats and more recently rabbits. Have always had excellent service.
Nurse Hannah cut my miniature dachshunds nails today which are tricky as they are black nails, Hannah is fantastic with him , she always puts him at ease and is quick,confident and makes the experience pain free and gave him a treat, thankyou
I can't thank Hunts vets enough. The whole team are amazing. I brought in our cat who had an awful injury to his foot. They were so wonderful! It has taken a while for his foot to heal due to where it was but with there support, advice and incredible treatment he's back to being a cat. I have to make a special mention to Gabby on reception who went above and beyond. I wish there were more people in the world like her. Thank you to the whole team 5 stars
