After being let down in spectacular fashion I needed a worktop that wowed with complex cuts & at short notice. These guys were amazingly helpful, they spent time explaining what was possible, provided me with the most stunning walnut worktop and in a very short timeframe. Cannot recommend them enough and I will most certainly use again. Thank you for providing amazing customer service and stunning materials.

Good price, incredibly fast/easy delivery and well cut. Customer service is abysmal. I think if there’s a hell my builder and I will have to go back forth with Bella till the end of time - just incredibly unhelpful and not pleasant to deal with. We got the compact laminate carerra marble and if I could go back and get the less busy one I would as it doesn’t look real. My fault as I got a sample but my sample had far less design than the full worktop. Also find it marks really easily and have no idea why or even what it is. It’s only been in for a few weeks so doesn’t bode well long term.
After ordering a really sub standard ‘reclaimed’ wood sit stand desk from an Etsy store and waiting 6 weeks for it to be made, I ended up returning it and decided to put in a bit more work and research a better option. I bought the frame separately but found House of Worktops to make the desktop. I could not be more thrilled with the outcome. They took my custom desktop design and made a beautiful job of it. Everything is exactly as per spec, the quality is amazing and took just over a week from order to delivery. Highly recommend them!
Worktops themselves seem beautiful, however the delivery drivers were rude and disrespectful. Ignored what we have to say, we’re abrupt and condescending towards us. wouldn’t even try to get them in the house. He looked at the front door “either in the garage or we take them back. Your only option” the man said to us. just overall rude and disrespectful towards us. btw we got them in ourselves easily after the men left lol
The BEST customer service we've experienced in a long time from the legend that is Murat. We had an urgent need for worktops and Murat not only worked with us to get the order right and at the right price, but got them to us in super speedy time as we raced the arrival of our first baby! Murat - THANK YOU. Of course, the prime oak worktops we ordered are absolutely perfect and look fantastic and we'd have no hesitation in recommending House Of Worktops!
Absolutely fantastic company with great staff. For my new place of residence I wanted a walnut worktop to be the main centrepiece of my computer/work desk. Rather than opting for a typical Ikea Karlby worktop, I wanted the real thing albeit cut to a 1.6m size. From start to finish Mert’s team were with me and the finish product once oiled up looks superb. Thank you so much, I’ll look after this unique piece for a long time to come.
Terrible experience, this company have cost me two additional days work for my builder due to their incompetence. Worktop was delivered without the sink last Friday, was assured it would be with me by Tuesday. It’s now Wednesday afternoon and still no sink! Really not happy.
Mert and his team are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. Everything from ordering to delivery was easy. I chose to get the walnut worktop for my home office desk and it came out great! I used Osmo 1101D Extra thin oil and the top sits on a Autonomous Smart Desk 2 standing desk.
