We felt like valued customers everytime we interacted with Granite4Less. From start to finish our wishes were met and the price was very competitive too. We would highly recommend the company following our experience from beginning to end where the after sales care was considerate as well. Flexible and thoughtful booking resulted in two gentlemen spending one day at our house cutting our stone worktop to size, polishing and fitting whilst upholding complete cleanliness in our home. They were both very friendly and professional throughout the day and our finished worktop looks excellent. We first contacted Granite4Less on recommendation and will only speak highly of them to others.
Would I use this company again? Its a big YES from me. Steve was great to deal with and new his stuff when it came to work surfaces a very nice guy when it came to fitting Dave the stone mason was very hard working and done a perfect job, cheapest in the UK well done guys will use you again on next project.
Shocking customer service from start to finish. Wish we had paid a little more for a more professional service. I don’t even know where to begin... At the start of this job, we wrote a message to Steven stating everything that we needed, to which he confirmed, but as the job went on we were just given nothing but problems with constant cancellations. But the one that really sent me and my 40 week pregnant partner over the edge, was that the fitter, Dave, didn’t measure up properly, thus resulting in us running around Manchester trying to find a new sink that fit and then charging us an extra £120 “cash in hand” to fit it. Why should we have to pay for Granite4Less messing up? If I go to a restaurant and get given the wrong order, I don’t then have to pay for the wrong order and my own order. The restaurant would pay for it because it’s them that’s messed up. We’ve had numerous threats from them ever since we declined to pay them the extra £120. It’s absolutely shocking. So now, me and my heavily pregnant partner are scared that we’re going to get a bang on the door demanding money that we shouldn’t have to pay. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional behaviour from start to finish.
Swift, clean, cheapest on the market. Very satisfied. Great Job!
