I ordered some sheets online and after receiving the wrong order I returned them with the intention of exchanging them for the items I wanted.  However, after a few incredibly rude emails from a customer service representative who was more interested in casting blame on the who was at fault than in helping resolve the issue I ended up canceling the order.  I will never do business with this company again.

Lovely Olde English Shoppe!!  What a shame they don't have internet presence :o - THE only place I could get TRUE super king size bed linen!!
