Horrible place. Don't use it unless you really have to! I started using another post office. It turned out that queues are dealt with much faster, the  staff is pleasant and they don't charge you the most expensive option for the service.  I've red the review about the tape. I  actually had to pay for the new type tto support part of my parcel. They don't assist you with anything. The queues are always very long, they don't manage that place well. Looks like a family business with no common sense or customer service skills.

So handy to have this service. Fantastic selection of greeting cards. Lovely to have a family run business with a friendly face.

EDIT: Thanks for your reply. Have you never heard of customer service? What would it cost you to provide a bit of tape to those who need it? A fraction of a penny? I notice you have the money have someone quickly respond to my review - don't you think it would be better and more cost effective to provide a decent service in the first place?  -----  Girlfriend just tried to post a heavy parcel. They refused to take it as it "needed some tape on the sides". The woman was literally sat behind the counter with the tape and refused to use it forcing her to carry the parcel all the way home.  Simply disgusting individual. I hope you're proud of your day's work.

Efficient and friendly. PO is situated within a card shop so waiting in line there's always things to look at. It's light and airy inside and parking outside is quite good.

Nice staff when I've used this post office. Only problem is they don't seem to open at 8.30am... have been standing outside with a bunch of other people since 8.30 and still not open... It's now 9am.

The team at this Post Office have lived and worked in Walthamstow for many years and offer fine service. I’ve been there many times to post letters and packages, and the like, myself.  Recently, I visited to get some passport photos done. They offer passport renewal services in-store, but I decided to do mine myself. However, I’d forgotten to collect a digital copy of my passport photo, thinking my physical ones would be sufficient. When I returned some days later, the manager still had my photo on file! He sent it to my email address free of charge, and I was able to complete my application.  Incredibly helpful and courteous service. Well recommended.

This my local post office and i was very suprised to see the level of customer service received not only by myself on my counter but the other counter next to mine absolutely disgusting the staff are very rude , lack basic manners , and are very unprofessional to put the icing on the cake the lady threw the card back to customer if it was possible I'd give 0 stars.

The team at this post office are always helpful and friendly. It often looks like it has a big queue, but it tends to move quickly. Also has a good selection of cards and little gifts and they do passport photos too.

Staff are rude and aggressive. Very unhelpful. Plus they charge for Royal Mail label printing which is already paid for by the retailer! I work with major ecommerce brands so I am well aware that shipping, including labels are handled by couriers  and Royal Mail. There should be no charge from the Royal Mail branch for printing a label. Interesting that you comment on this but do not defend that your staff are rude, aggressive and incredibly unhelpful.
