Jan Simcox, I work for this takeaway as a driver and have done for over 15 years. It is most disappointing to hear you are not satisfied with the food as most people are more than happy and often return time and time again. You said that you complained to the shop but to "no avail", this is at odds with my experience with our staff. We are more than willing to help resolve any issue you may have. Regarding being asked to retrieve food from your bin, we'll that is obviously unreasonable, but then it is also unreasonable to accept at face value your complaint. If you had made the complaint before disposing of the food then you could have evidenced that your points are valid and accurate. Unfortunately more times than I would like to count we, and many other takeaways will have received similar complaints where the customer has simply being looking for a free meal. I'm sure this is not the case with yourself but this is the reason why we need to be able to verify your complaint, I'm sure you would do the same if you were running a takeaway. Once again I would like to express our regret that you didn't enjoy your meal but I would urge you to use the shop again as I'm sure you wouldn't be disappointed. Matthew although I don't wish to get into a battle of comments with you, I've been off work since I started uni so it certainly wasn't me that attempted to hammer your door down. I have young children and know just how annoying it is for you to get them in bed and have someone knock your door like they are trying to wake the dead. It would be appreciated if you could offer the shop a description of the driver or maybe their car so any issues of knocking doors too rigorously can be dealt with.

Been coming here for 20 yrs we have tried other places but no where compares to wongs and Margret is amazing when my daughter was little she used to spoil her,  if anything is ever wrong with the order which has been extremely  rare they are only too happy to put it right and always apologetic.

We have just had a meal from here..Beef curry  egg fried rice and chips
Chicken curry rice chips
Beef with green peppers and black
 bean sauce rice chips
The meals were absolutely disgusting the lot went in the bin 
The beef was chewy and fUll of gristle
The curry sauce glupey
The chIps were not fresh cold with black eyes
The prawn crackers stale
We have never had to make a complaint before about a take away.
I telephoned the take away..to complain..To no avail..The shop assistant told me to get it out the bin and bring it back !!!!!..
WHAT...
I told her to forget it....
we will never buy from them again and will tell family and friends not to....
