Hugely disappointed by Al Addin’s Pizza - not only was the customer service really bad, but worst of all the pizza was burnt. Unbelievable. I complained to the company and they tried to deny it was anything to do with them, despite the fact the hair was black and my hair is light brown, and if you go into the shop you’ll actually see they all have black hair and it might even be beard hair as a couple of the staff were bearded. I won’t be ordering from this place again. Have complained to the company about this and they did not provide a refund or even apologise for the shocking level of service in fact they resorted to sending spam emails which was unsolicited and I have no idea how they even got my email address, but I am currently escalating this with the police as they have no right to spam me with emails that don’t even give you the option to unsubscribe. Any further unsolicited emails from this place will be saved, screenshotted and kept as evidence to be used against them in court.

Ordered the fries a few times from this place. They are always good. Portion sizes for the fries have reduced quite a bit recently. But the wait times let this place down, waited nearly 15 minutes for fries. It looked like there was more of a focus on deliveries rather than the customers standing and waiting.Food: 4/5
I paid £12 for kebab and got a small piece of wrap and meat??? The order was cold and did not met the preferences I put on uber! I am trying to complain, and they do not even talk with their customers, never tried to fix the problem!!!!! NEVER BUY FROM THEM they will scam you money and give you the an awful food!!
Not worth it I ordered on Uber what a big disappointment I ordered large kebab and chips. They gave nice amount of kebab with such a small amount of chips. I phoned in last night asking if I could have sauces and salad he said yes and it came with none and no salt and vinegar on chips too.when I say small I mean small amount on chips. Not worth the money
Ordered for the first time. Had 2 pizzas and a kebab box huge portion!. Food was excellent and delivered on time actually earlier!. Looking forward to trying out other things on the menu.
Awfull service food never showed up and they didn’t call to let us know why. Called the next day and they were extremely rude. The one time k ride red from here before the food was very mid not worth it besties

Ordered a few times now we always have pizza boxes and burger box and got to say food is amazing and portion size is massive
Absolutely delicious food! I always get a big range of food pizzas/ popcorn chicken which my kids love/ kebabs and chicken and everything is so tasty. The cookie doughs were also very very nice. I really recommend the BBQ pizza with a garlic stuffed crust it is amazing x
