Hit and miss. Made an order for collection, my husband collected and returned home to find order not as expected. I sent a message to advise of the problem and received a phone call offering the have a replacement sent out with the next delivery driver. Got a phone call from the delivery driver half an hour later asking me to come and find him because he couldn’t find the address. I did try and give him instructions as he was already on the street but he didn’t want to listen he was less than 50 metres away when I went outside!! Food is lovely and I was very impressed at the apology for the order being incorrect but the customer service could do with being a bit more polished so that mistakes do not happen in the first place and that the delivery drivers make more effort to know where they are going.

Hello, where’s half my dessert? Did the delivery guy eat it? The waffle is the size of a small baby’s head, I paid full price for one little piece in a big box. 3.75 of the price, was the price of the box I swear.

I ordered my food at 20:40 on a Thursday evening, ETA was 22:10, had a phone call at 22:15 to let me know that they were running late and it would be another 30 mins, I said this was fine but the food didn't actually arrive until 23:30, it was stone cold too which was really disappointing, I understand that they can get busy but this is taking the piss really, if they cant deal with the orders then they should either hire more people or shouldn't accept the orders in the first place! The driver couldn't even find my address and drove past my street 4 times even though I was on the phone to him telling him he was right by it as i could see him! Useless, such a shame as previous experience hasn't been half as bad!

They’ve recently halfed the portion of the already small waffles. You now get only quarter of a whole waffle for £4!! The taste of the of waffle and milkshake was plain, such a waste of money (extra £3 for company and delivery chargers even though my order was 30 minutes late). Very disappointing. Please don’t consider purchasing.

Always great consistency to my milkshake and delicious cake. Sometimes delivery can be a little slow but staff are always accommodating and friendly!
