Lovely little place to stay, just outside of York. We visited York for the xmas markets and wanted somewhere to stay for the evening which wouldn't break the bank. When we arrived the owner had already turned the heating on and put a hot water bottle under our duvet which was a nice suprise. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting York.

Really great little place. Great onsite facilities, everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Well situated next to the town centre of Pocklington only a 15 minute walk away. A lovely walk it is aswell. We'll definitely be coming back to stay again, hopefully for longer next time.

So peaceful & quiet & the site was beautifully clean & well kept. We had a very warm welcome on arrival. There's a small kitchen on site, providing just about everything we needed but we had taken our own to be safe. The shower block was beautiful & also very clean & well-kept

Brilliant stay for my grandson and I friendly owners spotless site very well kept area surrounding pods,great location.we will be back.would recommend to anyone.

Had lovely time very relaxing and clean ..owners very nice ..only 6 pods lots if space if you take kids and few things fir them to play with ...shower facilities lovely and clean 3 shower rooms with toilets and basins ...next door small kitchen coffee tea ect .. anything else food wise can be put in frudge with pod no on ...across the main road a canal walk beautiful scenery very peaceful
