I would highly recommend this dental practice. From the initial phone call to consultations, everything is done in a very professional manner. The reception staff are very friendly, welcoming and personable, creating a relaxed atmosphere, as well as very efficient with appointment bookings and following up information. Dr Pritesh was excellent at explaining options available to me and how to move forward with replacing a damaged tooth. He was able to advise in a way that was positive and workable, enabling me to trust his advice and understand the procedures required. I will definitely use Wokingham Smiles for my routine dental care as well, appointments run to time, the environment is good and staff are friendly and kind, plus maintain a very professional and knowledgeable service.
Smile Rooms have done a great job of treating and then rebuilding my daughter's badly broken tooth. Very impressed with all stages of the treatment, and their sympathetic and gentle approach to a nervous patient. Delighted with the outcome. Lovely people in Reception too, which makes the process so much nicer - to be greeted with warmth, kindness, and a genuine interest in how your treatment is going, is very welcome. Hopefully we won't need to be back for further dental disasters, but I would very happily return if we needed help again. Thank you Smile Rooms!
From my first consultation to the end of the treatment all the staff have been fantastic. I discussed the treatment in detail with the consultant and felt fully informed and discussed the end result I was looking for, deciding on the reshaping of my canine teeth and composite bonding to even the size of my incisors, and finally, whitening to complete my new smile. Everyone was very welcoming and always responded to any phone / email enquiry immediately. I highly recommend Smile Rooms Wokingham, and only wish I had decided to do this years ago!
Life changing experience! I have not been to the dentist since before covid and I have been putting it off since. I have had some discomfort which made me pick up the phone and book for a check up. However when phoning my local dentist they have taken me off the books which lead me to Smile Rooms. Smile Rooms booked me straight in for the following week with Dr Kyle. Great customer service! I am prettified of the dentist and was very anxious. Dr Kyle took his time to introduce himself and was very interested in my thoughts and feelings about my teeth. He was not judgemental and was very understanding. After the check up I had to have further treatment on my teeth. They set me up with a treatment plan and booked me in for the following week. I was really impressed with the availability as I have two jobs and I was able to book around them. During my next couple of visits, the staff took extra care and support while being an anxious mess. I brought my Dad along for moral support. He was welcomed by the assistant by offering him a cup of tea while he waited in the room during my treatment. I highly recommend going to Smile Rooms and especially for nervous patients. Dr Kyle is fantastic and it’s the first time I can say, I’m looking forward to my next appointment.
Fantastic Dental Practice with an all round brilliant team. Highly recommend Smile Rooms Wokingham. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful, patient and professional. Having not been a fan of visiting the dentist, this practice turned that around - It’s not often you look forward to going to the dentist, but Smile Rooms changed that completely for me.
I recently had my first experience with Smile Rooms and I could not be happier. I had cracked my wisdom tooth and was suffering with an uncomfortable amount of pain and sensitivity. I was seen to straight away and given a consultation to which I needed extraction. I was given a temporary filling and came back the next day for the procedure. From the receptionist to the dental surgeons, they were all incredibly helpful and professional, I could not give them enough credit. Will be recommending them and will only use the clinic going forward. Definitely the best dental clinic I’ve experienced. Thank you
I can not recommend Smile Rooms Wokingham enough! I have put off the dentists for years, even knowing I needed a cracked tooth sorted. After experiencing pain I contacted Smile Rooms and got an appointment the next day. I needed an extraction which was carried out 2 days later at their Reading branch. I was made to feel so at ease, all the staff are wonderful and helpful. So much so I returned for further work to repair my cracked tooth and a clean! I will definitely be back for more regular check ups. Thank you Smile Rooms :
Excellent friendly professional practice. Receptionists very helpful and do a sterling job. I have a fear of dentists due to a prior botched wisdom tooth removal so any treatment gets me very nervous. I was treated by Dr Augustina and she is such a lovely person and went to pains to relax and reassure me. During treatment she would regularly check I was okay and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be requesting her for all future appointments so thank you Augustina for your care :- I highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient for several years in the Reading and Wokingham practices- I have been always welcomed with a smile, everyone goes above and beyond to help and make you comfortable- whether it’s finding an appointment that would suit your schedule, answering any question, providing reassurance. I am so happy with the results of my cosmetic smile makeover done by Dr Sanjeeve. The whole team at smile rooms are lovely, fantastic and all very welcoming. I am getting people saying I look so much younger now and I would not feel this confidence again without the help of Dr Sanjeeve and the team.
