Very lucky to have this dental clinic in Wokingham, good service and reasonable prices. They have just installed new X ray machine today, so keeping up with investment in new tech. Would recommend.
The team here are amazing, the reception team are attentive, welcoming and supportive even when it’s really busy and when it’s to try and fit anyone in. The nursing team are nice and make you feel welcome even before you go in. Zaki is great he puts you at ease, has a good bedside manner, explains things well, to the point, pros and cons etc. I for one are not a fan of needles however Zaki is good at managing this so in the end there’s no concern at all. Its true that sometimes appointments are cancelled, that’s just the world we live in at the moment, however an alternative is normally provided which isn’t that long a wait. However come Apr next year a new system is coming out which should improve availability. Fully recommend this practice.
The best dentisit in all my 67 years. Rather than confining his comments merely to the treatment in hand, Dr Anwar takes a holistic view of all my teeth, enabling me to understand, and therefore look after my teeth better. I have 100% trust in Dr Anwar.
Since I've benefited from seeing the dentist and hygienist today I thought I should share my experience. Both times I entered the practice today I was pleasantly greeted by the ladies on reception and checked in, Zaki my dentist is always incredible, and the hygienist did a wonderful job for me. After treatment I spent some time with the ladies on reception, every one of them were considerate and helpful. Every individual at this practice is lovely and very professional in their behaviour. This practice works so well together, it's a credit to them all.
Always such a delight to see Zaki and the staff. Always so professional, friendly and inviting. Zaki is a wonderful dentist, genuinely concerned about his patients and making sure they are treated well and kindly.
I saw the hygienist today. She always makes you feel welcome and does a very professional and thorough job. Everyone at this practice is nice
I found the process of visiting this practice well managed and welcoming. My dentist, Zaki, is always extremely pleasant and goes out of his way to explain the procedure he is going to do and to describe the various on-going options. I am more than happy with Bean Oak Dental Care.
I cannot recommend Bean Oak Dental Care highly enough, the team are fantasic and very helpful, the reception team went above and beyond to help me with an emergency appointment recently and even called a few days later to see how I was feeling. I have been with the surgery for a long time and Zaki is incredible, makes me laugh on every visit, even the emergency one! I used to be a very nervous patient but I feel with the Bean Oak team that this is all in the past, as they immediately put me at ease with the friendly welcome at reception, through to the dreaded chair, where Zaki's personality shines through.

I have been with the practice for some years, during this time I have had a few changes of dentist and all have been great. Time is taken to make me feel at ease and to explain clearly what needs to be done and it's done well. Equally the Admin support team are very welcoming and helpful. Thank you to you all.
