We visited Total Orthodontics Wokingham yesterday as my wife had damaged her fixed retainer. From start to finish, the service and treatment was fantastic. They managed to fix it on the spot which was extremely welcomed as she was in considerable discomfort and were kind and considerate from the moment we walked through the door. Great service & we would highly recommend them.
Excellent service. Ever since I first attended the practice the patient care coordinator was knowledgeable and provided brilliant service explaining my options. Once I began my treatment my orthodontist explained every part to me and was happy to answer any questions I had. On top of this the reception team are brilliant and always happy to help with any queries, especially rescheduling appointments. I am looking forward to great results.
Best practice ever! The loveliest people and staff!! I look forward to my appointments now- which is amazing because I first walked in crying and insecure of my teeth- now, I can see all the progress they are making with them! I’ve never felt more welcome and well looked after in a dentist. Such lovely kind staff! Everyone! From the amazing receptionist team and the dentists and assistant themselves! Such a great group! I finally am on my way to my dream teeth! I originally was overwhelmed with the idea of how lengthy the process of braces and invisiline was etc. to now, so close to my dream smile and I feel it has gone so quickly! And that has a lot to do with them making it such a positive experience for me X Thank you all! Xoxo
My daughter is having her teeth straightened and she's been well looked after. Every time she's had a problem with her braces we've been seen quickly. Very happy.
Staff are very lovely and answer all your questions when asked. I was part of the NHS and still felt treated the same as private. Fast service that’s worked out perfectly. Teeth are how I wanted them.
Excellent service Reception staff is always very friendly and helpful, great experience. The treatment was fantastic, I would like to say BIG Thank You to Justyna and Nabel for looking after my treatment. The results are amazing I absolutely recommend the practice. My son has just finished his treatment with Total Orthodontics, he is delighted with his new straight smile and we are really happy with the service we have had throughout his treatment.
Dr Stephen Nell kindly reviewed my granddaughter as her adult teeth was not coming though although she was only 6 she was very worried that she was going to have gaps, he reassured her that everything was ok and her teeth will come down. Will definitely be coming back for treatment
Very friendly and professional staff. Treatment continued through covid pandemic by dedicated staff. Emergency appointments it required during treatment arranged quickly with no fuss. Highly recommended . Guy Evans.
