Ordered delivery and after waiting for nearly 2 hours the chips were soggy and no spice to them at all, chicken balls were tough with a mixture of soggy and barely crunchy batter and the crispy beef was lacking in flavour and crispiness.   Not one to complain normally but the best part of the takeaway was the fortune cookies.  Also got the drinks wrong.

Absolutely awful - my fiancé and I ordered from here as are usual Chinese was shut - crispy beef was inedible I literally could not chew it down and it was most definitely not crispy as advertised- chicken chow main was just horrendous skimpy bits of chicken  obviously cut to save on chicken and the wrong chow mien noodles used with absolutely no flavour  my fiancé didn’t finish it it was so bad - the barbecue ribs oh my god it didn’t feel safe to eat so flavourless but a really dark sauce tasting nothing like barbecue  we were literally scratching our heads wondering how anyone could get a barbecue sauce so wrong ! I could of just bought a jar from the supermarket and it would have been 100 times better than the one used - it’s almost like whoever is cooking has never eaten Chinese food before , very weird. Salt and pepper chips were not correct either - the only thing that was right was the tub of curry sauce - this is fraud - they need to get an authentic Chinese chef or close shop - I’ve never had such a disgusting  meal. I’m very annoyed as we spend over £30 for this rubbish.

Ordered a chow mein and extras. Obscenely overpriced for the portion size. The food was piping hot but it was bland. Tasteless. Go find a chef and stop ripping people off

Going by this logic of try one thing from menu before ordering a full meal glad I did... salt and pepper chicken had basically no veg throughout, the chicken was chewy and that's what was chicken most was scraggy pieces of batter and £6.60 ???? It was a tiny portion ! I'll include pictures there was a lot of scrags there tonight and frankly the flavour lacked and there was basically no vegetables... dissatisfied especially when this place is more expensive than anywhere else and is so highly reviewed I was expecting better... in all honesty I didnt find the chap answering the phone overly friendly either so customer service, price, quality, value for money... all off in my opinion

We were on holiday nearby and opted for this place due to its close proximity. The food did not disappoint, and I thoroughly recommend it. I’d go as far as saying it was one of the nicest Chinese takeaways I’ve had in a very long time.

Food ordered at 5.30 for 7oclock and still not delivered at 8.15. Arrived cold and of poor quality. So disappointed

The best Chinese take away in Torquay by some distance. Good quality meat and all the dishes are excellent.

Ordered £60 worth of food to celebrate a birthday, it took over an hour to arrive on a quiet Tuesday evening and it all arrived cold not even lukewarm. Called the shop to make them aware and they tried fobbing us off with collecting all of the food and offering us a measly £20 refund!  Food shocking, customer service even worse! Avoid this place!

Fantastic food as always. Been having Wok's for 15 years and it has never disappointed.
