Gave food to wrong address and refused to rectify the mistake. They closed early and delivery driver argued with us saying it is our fault. Don't order from here as they even got abusive towards us.

Never Order that aromatic crispy duck I spent £36 pound The meal was awful the crisp it'll is charcoal duck I called back To give feedback I didn't want A discount anything search But the response I got from management Was very poor I lived and worked in China town 23 years in Birmingham Never ate anything like that. It was nothing about the money but the food was absolutely horrible only good thing was the speaker onion and cucumber Which was edible I am also in direction trade I have been in the restaurant trade for last 30

Food was late when ordered 2 hours before. No taste in the chicken in Black bean sauce, had chicken and mushrooms, no taste in that either and the mushrooms were chewy and unedible. Very disappointed, won't be ordering again

Have used this takeaway for many years, never been let down, food has always been really good. But tonight the 2 curry sauces we ordered as extras were very watery and it didn’t taste anything like it usually does. It completely spoilt the dishes we had ordered.

Telephone manner 1 - was unbelievably rushed Punctuality 1 was told 10 minutes arrived in 10 minutes then waiting a further 10 minutes before receiving food Ease of parking 1 not exactly a parking friendly road Taste 1 bland, tasteless and slimy Quality of food 1 this is the only Chinese I have ever had to have grease off rice ! The chips were all burnt reheats and the curry was so bad my other half couldnt eat it Waste of money how others have reviewed them highly is beyond me clearly no standards

Ordered our dinner on Just Eat on Friday evening so we could get a good delivery time for the Saturday. Delivery was 18:30, at 18:25 I got a message saying my.order had been cancelled. 5 minutes before it was due to be here!!! I now have 2 hungry kids who were looking forward to their dinner!!! Wont be using this take away again!!!!!! Absolutely fuming!!

Found this gem of a place when visiting Paignton this week, the food is delicious and have to say probably the best ever, the service from the staff is second to none. So if your visiting the area and want a tasty meal this is the place, we were here for 6 days and ordered from here 3 in total. Even my 8 yr old loves the food here too.

Best Chinese in my opinion. I only live down the road so depending on my day I'll walk over or if I'm exceptionally lazy they are on Just Eat. There food is always fresh and tasty and for the last 3 years I have never had a bad experience. Friendly staff and great prices. £10 minimum of paying on card but there is a cash machine in the store next door if you like however there is a small charge on the atm. The store is very clean and has a lovely oriental feel with decorations and as is usual in a Chinese they do have a TV to watch while you wait. The wait time isn't very long at all around 10/15 minutes if you collect and 35/40 for delivery via Just Eat or phone. Will always go here unless is changed for some reason but if you want fresh tasty food this is your best shot in the bay.

DISGRACEFUL takeaway. Food was 2 hours late! Ordered duck pancakes and the duck was stone cold and oily. The fried rice was so greasy that we didn't eat it. Tried calling the takeaway 60 times! Think they had just taken the phone off the hook. Will never eat there again. AVOID.
