I ordered a munchie box last late last night to my home and I had my girlfriend with me that I just started dating and when it arrived we couldnt even eat it, It was sooo salty, the chicken had so much salt on it like crystals. I didnt want to complain because It was late at night and didnt want to make a scene because my girlfriend was there. I was up all night drinking water and felt soo thirsty all day and tired because I did not sleep. I put the food that was left in the box in the bin this morning and that cost me £19. I dont normally complain but I had never ordered food from there before and I felt like I had wasted my money. When I called them I spoke to a chinese woman and I tried to explain all this too her, she kept saying why didnt I call last night then hung up on me. I called back and she left me hanging on the phone when serving customers, when she came back on she said quite rudely she wasnt willing to refund me and that I should have called the day before then hung up again. I cant believe how rude and unprofessional she was couldnt care less about the customer. I tried to explain myself but she wouldnt listen she just kept saying if you eat it in the morning it wont be good, I told her I didnt eat it in the morning I put it in the bin. I will never ever eat from this place ever again and I strongly advise nobody else pays for food so badly seasoned it makes you sick because the owners definately dont care about this!!!! they basically said I was lying!!
First time ordering and it was horrible! Watery weird coloured curry sauce and conjealed ribs. So bad we re-ordered from elsewhere. I sent pics and videos to them and they refused to refund us, even when I showed we had to get something else. The top is from Wok Express bottom elsewhere.
We got food delivered. Was delivered quickly, food was gorgeous, still piping hot when it got here. Portion sizes are great for the price, and the food itself tasted amazing, genuinely no faults.
Ordered onion rings = Missing Ordered 8 chicken balls = Got 2 chicken balls AND 2 "king spring rolls" That I didn't even order Lost £10.50 Called to complain and got called a LAIR. Great what they call "Customer Service". Sad. Sad. Sad.
Ordered here from Just Eat 5 times now, it has a 4.5 star rating on the app, leading me to be confused by all the negative reviews on Google. Can't write off people's bad experiences but my own have been spot on. Instantly became our choice of Chinese when we moved to motherwell.
got the sweet n sour chicken with fried rice which was delicious. The batter was light and crispy very yummy.
Order was wrong so we called only to be called liers and it was impossible after using them for years never complained until tonight. We will never use them again and if I could give them minus I would disgusting how they treat customers. :
Really disappointed. Always loved the food in here. Got a munchies box and for the price there was not much in it with the curry sauce taking up much of the room in the 9" box. I had chicken noodle soup as I've been ill. Way too salty and appeared to be chicken stock wolith soy sauce as a base with some noodles and a bit of chicken flung in.. Could have made better myself for about 50p. Was supposed to be a treat and it wasnt
Good size portions, curry sauce had a wee kick to it which was nice.
Service at the counter was very bad. Order was taken with a rude attitude. Customer service non existing. Being busy and under pressure is not a reason for poor service. This is how you push customers away.
