Avoid at all costs. Ordered a meal for 4 through Hungryhouse. Just happened to check the app 40 mins later and found the restaurant had cancelled our order without telling us, leaving us without food and £35 removed from our account (which I won’t receive back for 3 working days - well into the new year)

Called the restaurant to be told the manager had cancelled the order because we were “too far away”. Very silly decision, given:

A) they’ve delivered to us for years
B) We’re less than 10 mins in the car from their restaurant 
C) They accepted the order as soon as it was submitted.

Will never ever order from Goodwill again - thanks for letting us down!

This is a picture of the Special Fried Rice we just had delivered. 4 pieces of meat, no prawns and a few tiny shreds of meat through a normal portion of fried rice. When I called to complain they were not interested. Will never place an order with them again :(
